Wir haben Post von Frankie Davies aus England bekommen. Sie hat nun ihre eigene Strick-Kollektion Charl Loungewear herausgebracht und stimmt uns so auf die kommende kalte Jahreszeit ein. Mit ihren flauschig fluffigen Bommelmützen, Schals oder Kaputzenpullies kann uns der Winter nichts anhaben. Auch Teekanne oder Frühstückseier werden schick strickig eingekleidet und bleiben länger warm.
After having worked most of my career as a Senior Designer for Burberry in London and Benetton in Italy, I decided that the time was right to create Charl Loungewear. I felt there was a gap in the market for a small, considered range of beautifully designed, luxury knitted loungewear with a conscience. Throughout the design and production of this collection I have worked hard to ensure the product has integrity, sustainability and that it is ecologically aware, selecting the highest quality Italian and British materials from mills which share my ethics. Likewise on the manufacturing front, I have chosen to work with Italian hand knitters and some of the highest quality machine knitters in order to create a product which is artisanal, luxurious and contemporary. Every piece has been considered both inside and out to ensure that it becomes a cherished item in my customers’ homes and wardrobes for years to come.
